The Oracle Project …or how to run a sustainable cultural cooperation project
A training game for cultural students and professionals. Its goal is to improve the skills to implement international cultural cooperation and intercultural projects. The game can also be an integration tool for starting any cultural sector Team. Have fun!
Step into the shoes of a cultural visionary and join a diverse international consortium preparing The Oracle Gala — a bold, transnational celebration of art, community, and innovation. From the vibrant streets of Mars to the quiet hills of Neptune, and through post-industrial districts and rural towns, your Consortium must navigate competing interests, limited resources, and unexpected challenges.
Will you achieve artistic excellence while staying true to your roots? Can cooperation triumph over conflict?
Your decisions shape the future of international collaborations in culture. One thing you and your playmates share is: the belief that culture is a force for transformation.
To prove this, the consortium has set an ambitious goal: launching a new kind of festival, one that honors local heritage while reflecting a truly the spirit of cooperation.
But the path to the Oracle Festival is riddled with challenges.
How do you juggle artistic freedom with bureaucratic limits?
How do you share resources when ambitions are high but budgets are low?
How do you decide who leads – and who steps back – when every decision affects everyone?
Welcome to The Oracle. The game is on.
