The second workshop of the CCProM project took place in Skopje, North Macedonia, from September 24 to 27, 2024, hosted in collaboration with the Cultural Center Jadro. The session focused on creative prototyping and peer-led development of educational tools for cultural cooperation project management.
The meeting began with informal networking and preparatory brainstorming among partners on September 24, including a walking tour of Skopje to set the tone for collaboration and cultural exchange.
Over the following two days, participants engaged in intensive workshops led by the Digital Dragons team. These sessions supported partners in exploring digital and gamified tools as methods for training delivery, such as interactive formats and scenario-based learning. Participants worked in groups to co-create early-stage prototypes of training materials tailored to the project’s goals.
A key outcome of the session was defining the project management process itself as the central scenario of the educational game. This included identifying the main types of players involved in real-life cultural cooperation projects, assigning them roles and responsibilities, and designing quests that reflect typical challenges encountered during project implementation. These quests served as training touchpoints around which the game narrative was structured, allowing future learners to engage with project design, resource management, and collaborative decision-making in an immersive and practical way.
The final day included broader discussions with invited guests and local cultural professionals, providing external feedback and new perspectives on the tools being developed. A concluding session allowed the group to consolidate key insights and define next steps in the prototyping process.
The Skopje session helped move the project from strategic discussions to hands-on development, reinforcing the project’s commitment to co-creation, innovation, and adaptability in the field of cultural cooperation training.
