About project

CCProM: Cultural Cooperation Project Management is an international initiative aimed at developing and strengthening the professional competencies of cultural sector workers in the implementation of cultural cooperation projects.

Cultural Cooperation Project Management (CCPROM) is an international initiative aimed at developing and strengthening the professional competencies of cultural sector workers in the implementation of cultural cooperation projects. The project is carried out by European institutions, including the Marcel Hicter Association (BE), Universitat de Barcelona (SP), Goten Publishing (MK), and the Villa Decius Institute for Culture (PL).

Our Vision:

To foster a European society where cultural workers collaborate, exchange ideas and practices, and assert their role as pivotal figures in fostering fair, sustainable, and inclusive societies.

Our Mission:

Our mission is to enhance the skills of cultural professionals throughout Europe by delivering innovative, high-quality training programs aimed at promoting collaboration and deepening understanding of European cultural diversity.

The main activities of the CCPROM include:

  • Organizing project workshops where experts from various countries will share their experiences and knowledge, creating new educational tools.
  • Testing the developed training modules to ensure their usability in both in-person and online environments.
  • Implementing the project’s outcomes in educational institutions dealing with cultural management across Europe, which will contribute to the development of educational offerings for cultural professionals.

The project will culminate in a final conference, where the results and achievements will be showcased, alongside the training modules that can be adapted into various cultural management programs. The conference will be held in Krakow in February 2025.
